Well equipped maisonette with outstanding views and within an easy walk via onsite footpath to beautiful Hope Cove beach (20 mins) and SW coastal path. Friendly hosts onsite in main house opposite for support and friendly welcome! 3 friendly dogs and 2 ponies. Rural tranquil location and close to many South Hams beaches and attractions e.g. Salcombe, Bantham, Burgh Island, Thurlestone, Kingsbridge and National Trust venues. Enclosed garden with BBQ. We are told the photos don't do it justice!

Cosy converted granary set in quiet countryside

Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

The Bolthole is a compact & cosy detached open plan studio with garden. Quiet & private it’s located from street level down a set of stairs in front of The Loft apartment just a few 100 metres from the River Dart which is possible to see from the garden terrace. A few minutes walk to the passenger & car ferries for the short trip over to Dartmouth. Perfect for the coastal path.
