Unique chalet house in Kings Norton
A very special and unique house which is ideal for single travellers or a couple. Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a log burner and floor to ceiling flue, open plan living, big HD smart TV, WiFi, mezzanine bedroom with balcony looking over the lounge, garden extension, waterfall and pond are just some of the extensive renovations I have carried out on the house along with brand new central heating and double glazing. Please do read all the reviews - I know you will have an amazing stay! :)

The Lake House is situated in suburban Solihull, within walking distance of pubs, a range of restaurants and cafes, as well as the train station to take you to Solihull, Birmingham, & Stratford Upon Avon. We’re about a 15 minute drive from the NEC, Resorts World and Birmingham Airport too, making it a perfect location if you’re visiting for gigs, shows, shopping or need a stopover before a flight. We’re on hand if you need anything as the Lake House is a self contained annexe next to our home.
