Secluded Sunhouse situated at the bottom of a large 2 acre garden. The house is surrounded by a conservation area and there are beautiful walks to the coast from the doorstep. Yet it is only 1/4 mile from a train station & Suffield Arms. The Sunhouse: open plan self contained living space, which comprises of a kitchen diner & Lounge / sleeping area, with a wood burner. The cabin has been hand built by a local boat builder out of timber. The compact interior is light and bright with a hand crafted feature window in the bathroom. The cabin is situated at my home within the garden. It is just a 2 minute walk down a footpath to the beautiful sandy blue flagged beach of Sea Palling. The location is the perfect base for walkers, cyclists, seal spotting, fishing and watersports. The Norfolk broads are close enough to cycle to and Norwich is just 30 mins drive.

Sandy Toes annexe is attached to my home with all its own private facilities. It's fully gas centrally heated so very warm and cosy even in the chill of winter. Ideal for beach holidays just a few hundred yards from the beach. Dogs are welcome, access to a small pretty garden and walking distance to pubs, convenience store, fish & chip shop, Kebab & Chinese.
