This self-contained annex forms part of my bungalow, but enjoys its own private entrance which allows guests complete freedom to come and go as they please. With wide golden sands, Carbis Bay beach has a Blue Flag Award for water quality (2024), a Seaside Award & can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

The Garden Flat is a hidden gem, located in the centre of St Ives. Very spacious for 2 people.Train station,shops,restaurants art galleries, and beautiful beaches are all within walking distance from this self contained one bedroomed flat. It has a lovely garden area that provides a tranquil space in which to relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Wi-Fi is a basic package. Please read extra info before booking. St Ives is a very busy town, there can be noise. There is No Parking

No 2 Tom's Yard is a self contained studio/Flat in a peaceful location, 20 minutes walk from the town Centre and beaches. It is independent (only for you), with 1 double bed, a sofa bed ,a travel cot, en suite shower, full equipped fitted kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, twin hob, microwave and wifi. Ideally situated to explore both the golden beaches and the surrounding area. We have a studio nearby and offer screenprinting lessons if you wish adding an extra activity to your holiday.

Our place is close to the beach, it is up on Porthmeor Hill with amazing views. Restaurants are close by, lots of family-friendly activities round and about including a brilliant Surf School. Very close to the National Park / National Trust There are many art galleries in the town, and the world famous Tate Gallery is just minutes walk from the flat. You’ll love the place because of the views, proximity to town and beaches and the off street parking in front of the flat.
