Lovely calm & quiet room with private en-suite bathroom, & comfy double bed. I charge a bit more than other private rooms due to an en-suite, plenty of breakfast & no cleaning fee. Usually parking permits free of charge. Easy access to nature, city centre & transport. I'm a quiet & friendly host, able to share info about my city. You have use of downstairs & garden too. Lovely Garden room

Our new Garden rooms are light and calming, backing onto fields.Deer, pheasants and barn owl’s can be seen most days.There is a patio at front and at the back where enjoy the view and also a BBQ available to cook your own food. We also have a Scandinavian BBQ HUT where our guests are welcome to spend a private evening.There is lots of wildlife to be seen here and deer in our woods. Shops are 10 min away but a nice pub/restaurant 4 minutes by car. The trundle bed is 6ft !
