Ours is a family friendly, bright and spacious house in a quiet street 10 minutes walk from the beautiful pebbled beach of Budleigh Salterton. The village itself is a short walk away and boasts all amenities (shops,library,hairdresser,chemist etc). The house has plenty of socialising space including a small south facing patio with a table and chairs overlooking a large back garden.
