Located between Boothbay, Damariscotta, & Wiscasset, 1 mile from Route 1 and 27, on 13 acres, abutting 100s of acres of preserve land - provides the best of both worlds - peaceful woods, but less than 15 minutes from restaurants, shops & activities, plus, dedicated WiFi /2 Smart TVs. While dogs are welcome we can’t host feline guests due to allergies.

This large studio can be rented by the week only. It is located on a private road in South Bristol. A high ceiling, many windows and skylights give this space a feeling of spaciousness. A short walk takes you to the Damariscotta River. Perfect for artists, writers and those looking for a retreat space. 10 miles away are great cafes, stores, a movie theater, a health food store "better than Whole Foods", a lighthouse and a beautiful beach. Close by are countless spectacular walking trails.
