Oceanfront Nye Beach Retreat Newport Oregon

Brew coffee in a kitchen with vivid granite surfaces and step out onto the balcony to bring in the morning with gorgeous beachfront views. It’s all within reach at this cozy retreat featuring wood floors, a warm fireplace, and nautical-themed decor. This unit has a queen bed. All bedding is provided. There are two full bathrooms. One has a small tub/shower and the other has a walk in shower. The kitchen has every dish you will need to stay in or go out. The choice is yours! The beach is right off the back deck, there are stairs that lead you down to the beach. You are able to have campfires on the beach, however you will need to bring your own wood or collect drift wood to make the fire. There are full time residents in this condo unit. Please be respectful of the people below you. No parties or children please. This is my second home, please be respectful as if it were your own home. You have full access to the swimming pool (during summer season *pool closes October 15th for the winter*). You also have access to the beach via private stairs only for owners and guests of owners. Laundry rooms are located on the 1st and 3rd floor and take quarters. I'm here to support all of my guests. Just send messages through the Airbnb app once you check in and I'll answer as promptly as possible. Otherwise, I'll leave you alone to fall in love with Nye Beach. The apartment is set on the scenic shores of Nye Beach in the city of Newport, OR. Seafood restaurants, cafes, and shops along NW Coast Street are a short walk away. After a day exploring the beach, check out the Newport Visual Arts Center. Within walking distance to some great restaurants and a quick drive up to the lighthouse, bay front (located across the highway on Yaquina bay a 5 min drive) or state parks. You will LOVE it here. There is a bike shop called Bike Newport on 6th Ave that is open on Saturdays if you want to rent a bike. I highly reccomended biking to the bay front if you can. You can surf too! The surf shop on Hwy 101 Ossies has great people and lessons for anyone. If you want to take a boat out to see the whales, go fishing or go crabbing, just hit the bay front and there are a few different boat companies. Please note all guests when reserving so that I can make the onsite manager aware who is staying so that you have full access to the private beach access and pool. No pets allowed. Absolutely NO smoking cigarettes, marijuana or vaping on the entire premise. There is a site manager and he will enforce if he sees a violation. You will be asked to leave without refunds. This unit is on the second floor and there is no access with a elevator. Please make note of this- there are only stairs. The people below this unit live here year round, please be sensitive by reducing unnecessary noise.

Private Malibu Getaway with White Water Ocean Views

Fire up the barbecue on a spacious private deck as the sun sets over the Pacific. This intimate and modern guest suite offers spectacular panoramic ocean views. Jump into your own private plunge pool (6’x12’) to cool off, or take a short walk to the beach. This is the perfect spot to escape the crowds and relax in your own secret hideaway. Our place is a beautiful one bedroom multi-level modern apartment with amazing views and loud waves. It is perfect for 2 people but can accommodates up to maximum of 4 people: queen size bed in the bedroom, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom, bathroom and a walk-in closet are located on the upper level of the apartment. Bathroom has a shower cabin. Washer and dryer are in the bedroom behind the curtain. Open plan living, dining and kitchen area are on the lower level of the apartment leading to the big outside deck with the small pool. Kitchen has all the amenities - refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove/oven with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. We provide light breakfast - coffee, tea, oatmeal. The pool is at the deck level, just right outside of the apartment main entry. The pool can be heated for an extra daily fee of $50.00 BBQ is available, if you wish to grill something. Our home is a non-smoking environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, either inside or outside. We politely ask to respect our guest policy and not to have more than 4 people in the apartment. Guests that don't follow our policy will be reported to Airbnb immediately. We are located right off PCH up the hill. You can access the apartment by going down the long set of stairs along the blue railing on the left side of the property. There is plenty of free street parking at the apartment. Always available in person, via phone or text, if you need anything. The guest suite sits in the lower level of the main house on a quiet street. It's within walking distance to Duke's, Old Malibu Courthouse, and La Costa Country Mart. The house is located in eastern Malibu. Why wait - come and experience the beautiful Malibu firsthand! Many people rent a car or use a car service like Uber or Lyft, but public transportation is also available. Metro line bus #534 (bus stop is 3 minute walk from the house) takes you to downtown Malibu and Santa Monica, and from there you can transfer to the Expo train line which takes you to downtown LA and elsewhere. There are also Big Blue Bus and Culver City Bus lines available in Santa Monica. It’s almost never winter in Malibu: sunny and warm, gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. Malibu always offers a great escape from a busy city to enjoy the ocean, beach and sun.

Please note that during the winter months, our 1960s artistically unique treehouse may get chilly. However, we have plenty of space heaters and throw blankets to keep you warm. The house is in a secluded, wooded neighborhood with quiet neighbors. Enjoy 3 different decks on the top floor, each with a different ocean or forest view. Inside the home, you will enjoy the clean and comfortable space with luxurious touches throughout. The treehouse comes with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. It has 3 bedrooms, a full bath, and a full kitchen with everything you need to make dinner for 6. The house cannot sleep more than 6 people including children of any age. A total of 8 people can be in the house. After 8 pm additional guests need to vacate the premises. This is to ensure the continued use of our permit as well as to respect our neighbors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We will send you the rental agreement shortly after booking. Guests will have access to the entire house and are free to explore this 1.5-acre wooded property. I will meet you at the property to say hello and provide you with a door code. The house is located in a quiet secluded neighborhood next to Nicene Marks Redwood Forest State Park, just outside of the city of Santa Cruz. It's perched on top of a small valley, overlooking the ocean. The neighborhood is very quite a private - please do not disturb our neighbors. Absolutely no parties or outside amplified music. Bright Studio with Panoramic Views in Silver Lake

Create a truly memorable & filmic experience by staying in this spectacular new architectural home perched on the hillside of Silver Lake. This elegant studio apartment boast views amongst the best you will find in Los Angeles. The Silver Lake Reservoir is at your feet and the Griffith Park Observatory and the Hollywood Sign loom in the distance. It is truly a breathtaking view. Not only are the views outstanding, but the unit itself is an architectural diamond. Not a right angle in the 600 sf unit. Designed by the architect Tom Marble and finished in 2013, the unit is made up of triangles and sliding doors of glass. This unit was built for pleasure. Enjoy the 47" television with cable including HBO. Entertain outside on the spectacular deck. Luxuriate in the gorgeous tile shower & sleep on the fabulously comfortable queen size bed with down duvet. This place has to be seen and experienced to believe. Private unit with huge private deck. Guest also have access to the lovely garden. I am either staying on the property on nearby. I am always available to answer questions. I want each guest to have a wonderful experience. The studio is situated the fabulous Silver Lake neighborhood close to Hollywood and downtown Los Angeles. Renowned restaurants, coffee shops, and ample shopping opportunities are easily reached. There are 50 steps up to the front door. Bus to Downtown is right down the street; however, most people rent a car or use uber or lyft. Please try to rent a smaller car. This is a cul du sac stair street and parking is tight! Please rent a smaller car. Parking is in a small carport on but a narrow cul du sac street. Please note there are 50 steps up to the front door.
