The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

Whiskey Creek House on Netarts Bay

The Whiskey Creek house is an historic home on the shore of Netarts Bay. It is a solid example of old Oregon, built in 1915 of spruce logged on the site and up the hill nearby ---it is one bedroom -one bath. It sleeps two one king and the apartment we rent is on the first floor. Please realize we live in the upstairs of the house and there are people around, however it's quiet and rural bring your bike, kayak (you can put in right in front) or book. Dogs need to be interviewed. Thanks

Great little getaway spot far from the hustle and bustle of city life. The noise of the nearest highway is over a mile away. Welcome to our clean, cozy Sea Forest Retreat, constructed in 2018. It is a studio space ideal and most comfortable for 2 but can sleep up to 4 people. Large windows and high vaulted ceilings make this small but modern house feel big. Enjoy the tranquility with nice outdoor seating areas nestled among greenery in a quiet neighborhood. Work remotely (desk provided). Both Manzanita and Nehalem as well as the beaches are minutes away. Dogs are welcome for a $35 fee per pet/per stay.

Come enjoy our beach house. It's been in the family for years and we have loved it. Remodeled in 2021, with new furnishings and decor, with a bright full kitchen space with new appliances. Awesome back yard with year round creek! Relax in the Adirondack chairs on the front deck, listening to the sounds of the ocean waves and have lunch across the creek at the picnic table! 2 bedrooms, and new vanity in the bathroom. Washer and dryer, High Speed Internet, Wi-Fi, and Netflix.

My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, and outdoor activities right off Highway 101. It's a private studio with easy self check-in. The Tillamook Creamery is within a half mile. Oceanside and Rockaway Beach are within 10-15 miles in either direction. You’ll love my place because of the location, the coziness, and the comfy bed. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We offer smart TV with full cable including On Demand.

Our home is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac backed by natural wetlands and walking trails leading you over bridges to the Nestucca River. The Nestucca is about a two-minute walk and offers great fishing, bird watching, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. We are centrally located about a half a mile walk to the beach, Pelican Brew Pub and Cape Kiwanda state park and about a 15-minute walk to the flashing red light on the east side of Pacific City.
