If you’re in Portumna seeing the castle or walking through the forest this would be the place I would advise you to go. You will be mesmerised by the pub and restaurant and the welcome from Theresa and her staff is massive.

The food is good and they quite often have musicians playing. It isn't as far away as it came up on the map and I cannot change the location but it is actually just across the bridge over the Shannon.
