Welcome to Palm Tree Villa, located in the beachfront complex of North Coast Village! Spacious first floor condo has a south facing location. Very close to the beach and harbor. Beautiful pool view from both living room and bedroom with lots of privacy. High end finishes tastefully decorate this condo with travertine flooring and granite counters. We offer 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, down pillows, fluffy white towels. Fast wifi. It's the perfect place for a work or relaxing holiday.

WELCOME to our beautiful oceanfront condo in Oceanside Harbor. We recently remodeled the entire condo so upon your arrival you will find an ultra-clean, upscale & enjoyable setting. There are tons of things to do around Oceanside and the beach, or you can relax on the balcony with a cup of coffee or libation and take in the sounds of the ocean and the waves breaking just out front. Peaceful, Safe, Clean Guest House

This home was built with a wide hallway and doorways for a man in a wheelchair. Full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, k- cup coffee maker, can opener, induction cook top, blender and dishes/cups/silverware. (No oven) Full size washer and dryer, sit down shower, great air flow, a lot of natural light, great work space, WiFi and your own outdoor patio area. Welcome to a newly remodeled ocean view condo steps to the beach in North Coast Village. Everything is brand new from the new stainless steel kitchen appliances with white quartz countertops to the beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Kitchen has new cabinets and everything you need to cook a homemade meal if you choose. There is a coffee maker and coffee provided. A beach theme was used to decorate the entire condo that truly makes you feel like you are in paradise.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION...The best thing is you can park your car for the stay to fully relax. The beach, restaurants, rentals, and great walks are all right at your fingertips. Friendly reminder that there is no partying or smoking/vaping of any substance allowed in the house or the patio. STR permit: 1268467 The building is fully gated, included parking!. The unit has ceiling fans but as with most places on the ocean, there is NO central A/C.
