Soak up the sun or share pre-dinner drinks with friends on the 1,000 square foot terrace and take in 270-degree views of downtown. Hotel-style safes, Missoni cushions and modern artwork add a touch of luxury to this condo. Everything about this space is custom and top of the line. Furnished with high end furniture from Roche Bobois and Jardin De Ville... Missoni pillows… fascinating art...upscale linens from Sferra and Abyss...Stainless steel backsplash in the kitchen… Electric blinds in every room...High Def OLED Smart TV's everywhere and Sonos Sound system for indoor and outdoor listening pleasure. Our 1000 Square Foot terrace is very unique for a downtown location. You have a 270 degree view of the downtown and is a perfect entertainment spot. It's great for sunbathing and some pre-dinner drinks and conversation, or even an intimate catered dinner party. Come have a great time in a safe and secure building with 24 hour concierge and security. Upon arrival, you will generally find fresh flowers, coffee, tea, cream, milk, some juice and beer and a bottle of sparkling wine, plus my favourite Lindt chocolate bar :) Please let me know if you require any additional items prior to your stay and I will do my best to accommodate. There are 3 private bedrooms with queen size hotel style beds. Each of the first two have their own ensuite bathroom + the custom wall to wall cozier 3rd bedroom has a curved OLED High Def TV. There is an available roll-away bed for groups of 7 people, though the 7th person will be in the living area. Each bedroom comes equipped with their own private hotel style safe. There are 3 bathrooms in total. The first has a tub/shower, the second a marble shower and the third is a two piece bathroom. Toiletries are provided. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking utensils and pots and pans. There is also a Reverse Osmosis water filter with it's own tap at the kitchen sink. If you're a coffee lover, you're really going to enjoy our coffee selection. If needed, parking is in our own private spot off the elevators and is included at no extra charge. Lastly, please note that our spectacular and cozy sister property is right next door with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It sleeps five and also boasts a south view with another 1,000 foot terrace. Together, we can accommodate up to 12 guests. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Access of the gym and outdoor space with BBQ is included. (6th floor) Note: If for some reason we cannot meet and greet you upon your arrival, we will send you the lock-box instructions. You can call us at any time for help. The western end of Queen is best known as a centre for Canadian broadcasting, music, fashion, performance, and the visual arts. Chinatown is just a few blocks away for an after-club meal. Famous Queen Street West is just a block away for shopping. Public transit is closeby... streetcars on Queen Street and King Street, plus the Osgoode Subway station is just a short 2 minute walk. Both Union Station (train) and The Bus Terminal are just a 10 minute walk, Billy Bishop (Island Airport) is 10 minute taxi ride away and Pearson Airport can be reached by taxi or by the UP express train from Union Station. Please adhere to the following; No more than 7 sleeping in the suite ...no more than 10 in the suite or on the terrace. There have been numerous noise complaints and management have told us that evictions and $500.00 fines are coming our way for any guests that are loud. We have no say once security gets involved. NO loud music NO parties. NO events without prior written consent. NO smoking indoors (balcony only) Please be respectful of your surroundings and the neighbours. The majority of the people who live in the building are full-time residents who go to work and don't want to have to deal with excessive noise and problems. Charming Revitalized 1920s Country Style Home

Venture back in time in this tastefully appointed historical residence. First floor apartment is a quaint abode showcasing boutique furnishings and decor, contrasting textures and motifs, arched doorways, a covered front porch, and a walkout to the backyard. We are 20 minutes away from Legoland, also located near Wallkill, and an easy drive to Warwick and Patterson. Our home is eclectic and unique, placed in the historic district of pine bush. This home provides up to date appliances and cozy furnishings while still holding onto that good ol’ 1920’s feel. Plenty of room for dining in and an easy ride or walk to great food. This home is bright and cheery yet provides privacy and warmth. The entire first floor is your domain. With a private entrance and easy parking. The locked doors you will encounter is for your privacy. There are permanent renters above you, however they have their own entrance and are completely separate. Trust us you won’t need more space than what’s provided, very roomy with a closet in each room, as well as in the dining area. Up until your check in we are available to you through Airbnb with any questions or concerns you might have. After check in most vacationers prefer to hit the ground running and begin enjoying their stay, however for little bumps in the road a number will be provided in order to continue taking care of you. The property boasts easy access to hikes, Wallkill Farms, wineries, Legoland and is walking distance from multiple restaurants, antique shops, and more. We recommend renting a car. While this home is walking distance to restaurants and downtown pine bush the beautiful rural scenery means a little distance of 10-20 minutes of driving between wineries and hikes and other enjoyable activities. We want our guests to enjoy their time to the fullest, and know that we care about their stay. Which is why we like to make clear our home runs on city water. There is an initial aroma from the faucet, however it doesn’t last long and adjustments to that are in the process. We of course offer you filtered water for you and your family. This home is multiple stories which adds to its beautiful character. You and your family will be occupying the entire first floor. The upper level has permanent renters, however they have a separate entrance and are quiet, as well as accommodating.

Second Floor Retreat in Central Newport

Blue-and-white decor and a recurring nautical theme are sure indicators that this remodeled 1876 house is not far from the sea. Glass doorknobs and a claw-foot tub maintain a vintage vibe, while smart TVs and an updated kitchen offer modern comforts. Rare off-street parking provides safe secure parking for two guest vehicles. Licensed with the City of Newport and inspected by the fire marshall, provides assurance that you're protected. Guests can use up to two tandem parking spots in the driveway, the back stairs up to the second floor deck, the second floor deck (until 10 pm) and of course the front door. I live on the first floor, Im not always home, but I’m always available to answer any questions about the area or the house via text or phone at any time. I try to leave my guests alone to come and go as they please without feeling like they need to interact unless they want to. I’m always happy to say hello, introduce myself and chit chat when I’m home, but I don’t want my guests to feel obligated. The apartment is a little over a mile from the Cliff Walk, and a 5-minute stroll to Newport's trendy Broadway restaurants and shops. It's a mile to the Bowen’s and Bannister's wharf area. Runners will love the route down Bellevue Avenue. Your best bet is to leave your car parked and either walk or use Uber or Lyft to get around, it’s generally cheaper than parking downtown. Parking in Newport is very limited, my approval from the City of Newport is contingent on not allowing guests, or myself park on the street, (many of my neighbors don’t have driveways). If you have two cars, please park one behind the other all the way over on the right side of the driveway. If you pull all the way to the front of the driveway there’s plenty of room. My next door neighbors are close and have children, I ask folks to keep outdoor conversations fairly quiet, and please move in off the deck by 10pm out of respect for my neighbors.

Warm, relaxed home great for hanging out, cooking, spending time in front of the fireplace, or doing a bit of work. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with tubs, good lighting (one has a skylight) and spa towels and bath products. Coffee and tea included - brand new Keurig coffee maker with all you'll need for a great cup. In unit washer and dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Guests will have access to the entire unit along with the convenient reserved off-street pull-in parking spot. I am available to help with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations and to take care of anything that might go wrong. The Mount Pleasant neighborhood is quiet, diverse, and close to The White House, along with the metro, restaurants, and shops. Its location bordering the National Zoo and Rock Creek Park makes it attractive to both families and outdoor enthusiasts. The house is two blocks from the Metro, one block from 16th Street and it’s buses and Uber and Lyft have very fast pick-up response and inexpensive fares. One can also walk to the Zoo, park, restaurants and shopping. Driving is also made easy with a reserved off-street parking spot.

Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed The house is close to several nice restaurants and two grocery stores, while the Washington Convention Center is just a few blocks away. High-end boutiques are a little further. The White House and the monument grounds are also close by. The walk score is very good in this area. (95) the metro is 2 blocks away , Taxis and Uber rides are right there . The front room might be a bit noises because the house is on a busy street. But windows are insulated so it’s not too bad.
