I am a private room in Haarlem's most Local Boutique hostel. You can sleep with the two of you or the three of you in a bedstee with a pull-out drawer. I have private shower and sink. They couldn't fit the toilet anymore, but no worries there are two just outside the room on the hallway. In my restaurant you can have a local breakfast.
