Cheerful luxury cottage with private garden

My beautiful detached luxury finished cottage with its own entrance and large private garden is located at 3 km from the beach, forests and dunes. A new kitchen was placed in March 2022 with fridge, induction hob and microwave. Now that it's ready, we no longer serve breakfast starting in March 2022. Close to cities like Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam. The garden with parasol and sunbeds and optimal privacy. The cottage with its own resume and equipped with every comfort. At the cottage a lovely veranda.

Park the cars in front of the house (private). The sea is a 15 second walk (4 seconds running). Slightly more when the tide is low. Don’t worry about anything. We got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, two huge beds, a private green garden, warm outdoor shower, fresh breakfast, cappuccino’s, speedy landline wifi, star roofed bathroom, hanging chair and ‘bolderkar’ for the kids. Good news for all animal lovers: well-behaved dogs are allowed during the winter months (nov - feb).

Experience how it feels to live in a typical dutch (Holland) village! We, Peter and Lia, live here for about 25 years with our family. We are carpenters and we sell our handmade furniture in our own small shop at our property. We made our guesthouse "De Gortla". We love to travel and be in our garden (as you can see). Welcome at our property of the Teagarden 'The Fig Tree'. This is our Lovely and peaceful garden house with a great inside garden and Hot-tub. The house has a nice shower and bathroom, floor heating, kitchen, Nespresso, microwave, mini oven and terrace with view over the garden. Rent the motorboat, bikes or go supping at the lake. In a couple of minutes you can enjoy the beautiful nature and lakes close by. Also pick up and return to the airport can be requested for an extra fee.
