Along with it’s own off-street parking space and a fenced yard, it’s furnished with a queen bed, a closet, a desk, rain shower head, and a kitchenette (with a full-size refrigerator, a dishwasher, sink, microwave, and two-top electric hot plate). There’s also two wall heaters to keep the place warm.

Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.

Welcome to the Hummingbird House, a peaceful getaway located in a beautiful, serene neighborhood that is close to everything in Eugene. From virtually every window, there is a beautiful view. The house was built in 1973 and has original wood beams, open views of green space with an organic garden that beckons you to rest for a while. The house offers 2 bedrooms and a loft that sleeps 6 and is truly cozy and peaceful.
