Our Scale

A wonderfully bright house, renovated in 2023 to a holiday home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farmhouse with new elements as a new kitchen and bathroom. Mobile Air conditioning on the 1st floor, fan on the ground floor. The house is at the edge of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will find peace, nature, water and the beautiful countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Authentic detached gîte

Our detached house has fantastic views. The house is beautifully located in a valley on a cul-de-sac. From the wooden terrace, you can observe the wild animals with the naked eye. Deer, birds of prey, foxes... And not to forget the starry sky. At the house, a fenced garden is extremely suitable for your dog. From the house, several hiking trails are the beautiful forests in and surrounding villages. The bakery is within walking distance for, among other things, a French breakfast.
