Die Wohnung befindet sich an zentraler Lage. Zu Fuss sind es circa 15 Minuten und mit dem Tram sind es circa 2 Minuten bis zum Stadtzentrum und zum Bahnhof. Die Wohnung liegt gegenüber eines kleinen grünen Parks. Im Sommer liegen die grünen Baumkronen genau auf Balkonhöhe, was eine wunderschöne Sicht aus dem Fenster bietet. Die ganze Wohnung hat einen etwas exzentrischen künstlerischen Touch. Die Küche besitzt viele Arbeitsutensilien, welche auch genutzt werden dürfen.

Maximum 1 night stays, check in after 18:00 check out before 10:00, no kitchen, no TV, but a coffee machine with capsules included, water kettle, and a private bathroom with shower. During the day this space is used as a storage by myself and my co-hosts.
