We live in rural, Appalachian Ohio on 20 acres. We have fields, woods and a pond for exploring. Our place is about 15 minutes from town; shopping, grocery and restaurants. We are 20-30 minutes from the Hocking Hills State Parks, canoeing, hiking, etc. The one-bedroom apartment in the basement of our house can host up to 4 people and features a walkout with a hot tub and a porch swing. Our cozy farmhouse sits on 40 hilltop acres near Wayne National Forest on SR 278 SW about 5 miles from Nelsonville, 8 from Lake Hope SP, 17 from Hocking Hills SP and 17 miles from OU. 2 families can be super comfortable in our 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed each, plus 1 bedroom with a bunk and 2 twin beds.
