My place is walking distance to a park and bus stop. Lots of sidewalks, in a peaceful safe neighborhood. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, laundromat and downtown. University, clinics & hospital nearby. Coralville 15 minutes away from my house, easy access to I-80. Easy check in with a code set up for each guest, through the front door. There’s plenty of space in the driveway for guests to park their car.
