This is a river house like no other. You will enjoy unique modern upgrades. Enjoy an abundance of deer & turkey, right outside the front door. The master bedroom, kitchen & bathroom rival any high end accommodations you may find. Its a true gem. We have "Barn Life" on airbnb which is in back. Happy Our River House

We are located about a mile south out of Utopia off of FM 187. Close to town yet a secluded feeling surrounds the property. Bird watching and wildlife viewing right off the back deck. We are located within a 20 minute drive to Lost Maples State Park or Garner State Park. We have a walking trail down to the riverside that you can use as a picnic sight. Right now the Sabinal river site we have is not swimmable due to the drought.
