Beautifully updated in 2019, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is within close proximity to the University of Illinois, State Farm Center, Memorial Stadium, Downtown Urbana, and Campustown. Sleeping 8, with 3 Full beds, and 1 pull-out sofa, This home was completely renovated in 2019. The property includes new appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, oven/range, microwave, and toaster. One bathroom offers a stand up shower, while the other offers a tub/shower combo. There are laundry facilities available in the basement. I will be available in person by phone/text/e-mail leading up to, during, and after your stay. If I am unavailable in person, I will have someone available if needed. This property is 3 blocks from downtown Urbana, the Lincoln Square Mall and Farmers Market, Common Ground Food Co-op, a dozen downtown bars and eateries, and 5 blocks from the University of Illinois campus. The cottage is located 1 block from public transportation, Champaign-Urbana MTD bus service, uber/lyft are also available. There is 1 off-street parking spot available to guests. Additional permitted guest parking is available on the street. Please send a mess for more information.

Cozy 3 bed & 1.5 bath home, sits on golf course

Unfortunately, we are booked solid through October 30th of 2024 reserve now after October 30 2024. Welcome to our 3 bed 1.5 bath 2 story home, very comfortable and relaxing. The neighbors never make noise and the house sits on the Illinois University Golf course, less than 1/4 mile to Willard Airport, great night sleep, relaxing. University is 8 min. Keyless entry, no garage, but there is a careport. . I am trying to conserve water so our dishwasher doesn't work, its only for drying the dishes.

Residential street parking is free, our place is pet friendly, and extended stays okay. 10 minutes from campus, downtown Urbana, lots of local restaurants, shops, and breweries. J&E Homestead--spacious home in the country!!

Our farm home, situated on 4 acres, is located just 25 minutes from the University of Illinois and Illini football! I-57, I-74, and I-72 are all close by. The house has a fully furnished large kitchen with a coffee bar. Two living areas provide plenty of space to stretch out. You can finish off your busy day gathering on the patio preparing dinner on the gas or charcoal grills, watching the sun set over the summer grain fields, or roasting marshmallows around the firepit.

Our Home is in a quiet cul-de-sac in west Urbana just minutes away from U of I campus/stadium, State Farm Center, and hospitals; as well as golf course/driving range, restaurants, and shopping. This home has been newly renovated and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay; whether it’s for a long weekend or a month long stay. There is a king bed in master and queen bed in the guest room with extra pillows/blankets and the bathrooms are well stock.
