Dear guest, this apartment is ultra-modernly decorated and very comfortably equipped. It offers about 97m2 of living space and is ideal for every festival guest. The walk to the Festspielhaus is about 7-8 minutes. The apartment is in a very quiet and posh area. Washing machine is available. The center can also be reached by car in about 7-8 minutes. The apartment is very cozily furnished and in a good location . The stop "Leibnizstraße" is located 5 minutes with connection to downtown and ZOH, bus line 306 to campus is 5-7 minutes walking. The Röhrensee, Studentenwald or the Hofgarten are within walking distance and invite you to relax or jog. The apartment is equipped with a small fitted kitchen.
