Wonderful apartment, great location, parking lot

A warm welcome to our stylish new apartment in Bamberg. Located right at the Michelsberg with its wonderful church and former monastery and close to the Konzerthalle it is only a 10min walk to the old town. At the same time our newly build house is in a very quiet neighbourhood and in the middle of nature. From the apartment you have direct view into our garden with its old trees. Close to the city and part of nature. Big plus in Bamberg if traveling by car: Your parking lot is on our property.

The guest suite in the Stöckelkeller near Bayreuth

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village Unschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 min., the city center 15 min. and the Festspielhaus 20 min. away. You live on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment in the way we like it to travel ourselves. House is right next to the little Margrave Castle Schreez. 2021 & 2022 we renovated the house.

Beautiful, bright and high-quality flat (115m²) on the second floor including balcony (10m²) and elevator. 1 large box spring bed 220x220, sofa bed with spring core extendable 180x200 and a chaise longue. Bathroom with 1mx1m shower. Washbasin, WC, urinal Right in the heart of Nuremberg just in the middle of the old town with a beautiful view across the fountain "Ehekarusell" and the tower "Weißer Turm". Subway station only 50 meters away, perfect to explore Nuremberg.

Very nice cozy 1 room. Apartment in the heart of Bayreuth. On foot: 2 min. to the train station, 5 min. to the city center The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is 35 m2 in size with a large living/sleeping area, a completely new kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a new tumble dryer and a washing machine. Pure nature in the Fichtelgebirge

Our accommodation is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are trails partly (floodlight) and the biathlon stadium with ski scooter and ski lift, sledge slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. Please request a children's discount!

Cosy and comfortable flat for 1 or 2

Our second floor flat is perfectly located in the quiet 'Wunderburg' district of Bamberg which is about 10-15 mins walk to the old town. 5 mins away are two of Bamberg's best known breweries, Keesmann and Mähr. Both offer a wonderful collection of beers and local food . Booking is highly recommended. Here you will also find a Rewe supermarket with a baker. The main train station is approx. 15 mins walk.

Die Lage bietet eine optimale Grundlage für Shopping- und Sightseeingtouren innerhalb von Bayreuth, Fichtelgebirge und Fränkische Schweiz. Sie brauchen also nicht zwingend einen PKW um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden; zumal in Bayreuth ein umfassendes Nahverkehrskonzept per Bus und Bahn existiert, und für Touren ins Umland stehe ich mit meinem PKW (gegen Bezahlung) gern zur Verfügung

Quiet studio, 10 minutes to the center (U1)

A former attic in a charming old building was expanded into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There's hardly anything to buy in it. A small rooftop exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique space you just feel at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally yet very quietly located, you can reach the center of Nuremberg in 10 minutes by metro.
