Apartment of 60 sqm in the center of Piombino, independent entrance on private courtyard, away from the noise. The apartment is located on the ground floor, with one bedroom on a large mezzanine, a kitchen with dining table, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, and a small garden. Terracotta and wood flooring. Nearby the apartment there are services and shops of all kinds that do not need to travel by car. Free parking in the area. A 5-minute walk to Piazza Bovio beach, a 5-minute drive to Salivoli and Calamoresca beaches and a 15-minute drive to Baratti, Remigliano and East Coast sandy beaches (Carlappiano, Mortelliccio, Carbonifera). Close to the city bus station (5 min), the train station (5 min) and a 20-minute walk to the port (embarkation to Elba Island).

Villetta indipendente con terrazza privata con meravigliosa vista mare. La casa è assolutamente esclusiva per posizione e varietà di spazi privati a disposizione, ha infatti due terrazze e uno spazioso giardino dotato di parcheggio. La posizione è davvero privilegiata, in contesto residenziale verde e silenzioso a nemmeno 100mt dalla spiaggia a 2 minuti a piedi. Ideale per amanti della privacy, per un soggiorno da sogno con affacci sul mare, cullati dal canto dei gabbiani e dalla brezza marina.

The accommodation consists of 2 double bedrooms (4 beds total), living room, kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outside there is a large shaded veranda where you can eat or relax, a barbecue and a ping pong table. In the area there are shops of basic necessities and some restaurants.
