Built in 1908, this home is located on a safe and shaded street. It features off-street parking (observable from the bedroom), a large backyard with a fire pit, and patio seating. This is a spacious downstairs apartment (requiring 3 steps up to the entrance). It is tastefully furnished with art and antiques throughout. The property includes a living/dining room, a large colorful kitchen, two bedrooms, one bath,and a laundry room to make your stay, be it for work or pleasure, very comfortable.

Nicest place on beautiful Lake Loramie. Lake front view from the living area. The Fort Loramie state park is right across the road. This park offers over 400 acres and 1655 acres of land to explore complete with a beach. Our State Park is one of the original canal feeder lakes with more than eight miles of hiking trails that follow a portion of the Miami-Erie Canal. Kayaking is a big hit at Lake Loramie also! This charming home is in a quiet neighborhood with a cozy firepit, outdoor grill and spacious patio and deck area. The inside has everything you will need for a comfortable nights stay. There is ample parking on the street and off street parking in the driveway . Wapakoneta has a charming downtown with many shops and restaurants. The Cottage at Indian Lake

Our place is located on a channel with easy access to the main lake, many restaurants and Old Field Beach. You’ll love our place because of the location, cottage feel, fenced in yard with a stamped concrete patio and fire pit. Kayaks, outdoor dining set, fire pit utensils, Blackstone griddle and Culligan water. While we do have well water, we also had a new water softener and water heater installed in 2022.
