Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Renovated 750 sq ft. 2nd level, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with a nice attached upper deck and separate side entrance. Only 2 blocks from the beach and in walking distance to all of the hottest spots including DJais and Bar Anticipation. We offer free to use Wifi and relax back at the house on one of the couches and watch some entertainment from our 50inch TV. Fully stocked kitchen that had everything you need! Lovely 2B/1B apt.- 1st floor of 2 unit house. 2 parking spots for you in driveway, backyard w/picnic table, kitchen, high speed wifi, Firestick TV- great location! BYOB Boat to Plate restaurants on our street- easy breezy walk. Cheerful, bright & welcoming. Price is for 2 guests. Each additional guest is $40 extra/person/night. Linens & towels included for bookings over $150/ night. Otherwise, we can provide for $10.

AP 3 Bd Apt 2 BLKS to BEACH - 2 Parking Spaces!

Wake up and smell the ocean! My place is great for families or friends vacationing together. The apartment was recently renovated, and comes with its own private entrance in the rear of the house. Street parking is scarce here, but you have TWO spaces in the private lot! The location is perfect, its a two block walk from the beach, boardwalk, and Convention Hall and just under a mile to Cookman Avenue! I've lived in Asbury Park for 10 years and I love it - I'm sure you will too.

Peaceful Guesthouse

you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.
