Private parking for car. Fully modern equipped with high standards. Kitchen with room for 4 per. Fresh bathroom with shower. Living room with a combined bed/sofa (140 cm) for 2 adults. TV, WiFi ,washing machine and other equipment everything new from 2021 Nice patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture. 5-minute walk to swimming or take the bikes that are available to borrow.

Cozy cottage on Resarö Vaxholm, Stockholm Archipelago

Resarö is located in the municipality of Vaxholm, which is also called the archipelago capital. One advantage is that Resarö has a real road to the mainland, i.e. you can go by car, bus or bike without the need of a ferry. Communication to Stockholm and Vaxholm City is good, there are buses almost 24 hours. If you are coming from Arlanda Airport (ARN), it takes about 45 minutes by taxi. Nestled in a lush garden with animals, nature, and ocean into the knot. The bathing pier in the Baltic Sea is about 200 meters from the house.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Egen terass med sittmöbler, tillgång till brygga, tyst och trygg omgivning, tillgång till WiFi samt egen parkeringsplats. Med egen bil tar du dig in till Stockholm på ca 35 minuter . Med buss åker du till Stockholms centrum på ca 45 minuter. ICA finns på ön. Vaxholm når du med bil på ca 15 minuter, där finns allt att handla samt ett flertal restauranger.

Welcome to your own, simple and small accommodation in scenic Kummelnäs. The area is located in Nacka and is a quiet and beautiful area with a nature reserve and swimming lakes close by.
