What I love most about this gluten-free bakery is that they use natural yeast and organic flours. I often struggle to find products of this quality. I always get the focaccia. C’est magnifique! Unlike most traditional bakeries in Paris, it’s possible to sit and eat at Chambelland rather than just picking up one of their tarts and bringing it home. You can even order a coffee.

Fantastic gluten-free breads, pastries, and flours for all your gluten-free (or just gluttonous) needs. Even loyal bread eaters like Nico love the pastries. The seed-filled bread makes a delicious sandwich. Open on weekends.
One of the best boulangeries/cafes in all of Paris. It happens to be gluten-free. Their sandwiches and desserts are to die for, even if like me you can eat gluten. I often come hear with a book and my laptop in the afternoon to get some work done.
