5-10 minute drive from us (depending on traffic). Also known as "Kite Beach," and world famous for kite surfing. This is a large beach park with plenty of parking, bathrooms, pavilions, picnic tables, nice sand, & clear water. It also sits adjacent to a wildlife sanctuary pond. When driving there, you might feel like you are going the wrong way, as the beach road feels totally random and deserted. There are several parking lots along the way- the main beach parking area is farther out and you will see a sign.
