This is National Library near our Parliament. Really nice place for cofe and read some book, or to have a workout with friends in different and nice place. Use computers, internet. There you can find some quality snacks too.

Really impressive national library building, dedicated not only for books but also music, art and various events. Many spaces have free access so just go there and look around!
