If you want to treat yourself to some fancy sushi in Cherry Creek try Matsuhisa. I swear by their Yellowtail with Jalepeno & The Gardner cocktail.

Denver's Nobu. This is an amazing restaurant, but dinner for two can cost the same as your flights to Denver. Well worth it!
