Why locals recommend it

The site of the 1969 riots—and subsequent week-long rallies and protests—incited due to a police raid, Stonewall is a landmark. Nowadays, it has drag bingo on Monday nights, a lesbian night every Friday, and tons of other activity. With two floors of entertainment, it’s rowdy, upbeat, and a lot of fun. Plus, you can taste the history. Big Gay Happy Hour means cheap drinks from 2 pm to 8 pm Monday to Friday and 4 pm to 8 pm Sunday.
