This is a circus-arts training facility only a few blocks from us! It's a fantastic way to get a great workout. They have drop in classes for beginners for really affordable prices! I love the stretch/yoga sessions :) Very much needed in a stressful NYC! Great for families too.

Circus school! I love the aerial silks and wall running classes. You can drop in or buy a multiple class pass. The instructors are amazing and help you feel comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone.
