a 200-year-old town house in the pretty village of San Llorenç des Cardassar, the upper floor and the roof-garden became a light-flooded studio. It is located in a side street and offers generous space for two people. The village nestles in the countryside between Manacor and Artà, it is very Mallorcan. On mass tourism you will certainly not meet here. Nevertheless, you will find all the shops for your daily needs.

The space
Through a wrought-iron door you enter the house, to the left you go up the stairs to the studio, through a beautiful antique wooden door and immediately in a large, high and very bright room with a gallery atmosphere. In front of the bodentiefen windows on the right is an extraordinary wooden table - it was made from the beams, which had to be removed in the course of the expansion - with six comfortable chairs, behind it a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave. The living-dining area completes a comfortable seating group; From here you can look at a 120/50 inch flat screen (satellite TV), which is so cleverly integrated into the wall that you can hide it. A radio and a music docking station with charging function for Apple iPod, iPad, iPhone with Bluetooth and cable (compatible) are also available.

A small walk leads into the nicely designed bathroom with a spacious shower area and a washing machine.

From the living room you reach the gallery via an elegant staircase, where you will find the 200 x 180 cm bed (on request also two separate mattresses). The highlight is a not visible roof terrace, which offers sun from the late morning. From here you have a very nice view over the village and into the individual landscape.

Studio Llorenç was completed in autumn 2010; The owners have furnished it with much love and have enjoyed it with typical Mallorcan and very original finds. Refined windows, the rooms are immersed in a magical light, which makes the natural shades of cream, white and a warm brown to show off. Equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning and free internet connection (WLAN), this is a luxurious and extraordinary home where you can feel good all year round.

Other things to note
Sant Llorenc is an ideal starting point for many activities on the island.
Golfers will also find what they are looking for, as four golf courses are located nearby: Canyamel, Golf Capdepera, Pula Golf and Son Servera. The towns of Artà and Capdepera with their medieval fortresses are also worth a visit. In Sant Llorenc one can shop for the daily needs, large supermarkets are available in Sa Coma or Manacor. There is even a star cook in Sa Coma, but Sant Llorenc also offers culinary delights with the Es Pati restaurant.
