The entire second floor with two private rooms and connection to a large roof terrace is waiting for you! Overall you will have 150 sqm all private area. Enjoy the stunning views over Patong Beach and the Andaman Sea. The two rooms are about 25 square meters and 20 square meters. Each has a private bathroom with shower, hot water and toilet. In addition each room has air conditioning, TV connection with flat screen, electronic safe and a minibar fridge. Besides the aircon each room is also equipped with a stand fan for your convenience. The bathrooms offer amenities (e.g. shampoo, shower gel, sanitary bags etc.) to use for free. Our guests will have free internet access by WiFi. One room also has a spacious balcony on which the sunset over the Andaman can be observed. The other room is quietly situated to the rear. It offers silence and through it you reach the large rooftop terrace with lounge area. The rooftop terrace includes approximately 100 square meters, spread over three levels. Sunbeds and a Chilling Area invite you to relax and sunbathe. For the comfort on the rooftop is a toilet, an outdoor shower to cool off in the open air and a fridge to keep drinks cool. There is also a seperate washing machine in your private area which you may use freely. Accessories, such as iron and ironing board, are available as well. On the ground floor you may share a fully equipped kitchen. A Senseo coffee machine (for coffee pads), a Nespresso machine (Nespresso capsules) and a standard filter coffee machine are available for free use. A small selection of different varieties of coffee and tea will be prepared for you as a welcome gift! A tropical garden in the rear region, with hatch to the kitchen, invites you to eat there on the terrace and relax with a drink. The front part of the ground floor is the living room. With a cozy sofa corner. You are warmthly invited to relax there as well. The house is on a hill, beyond Patong Beach, the party hotspot of Phuket Island. Thus beach and party can be reached quickly, but also peace and relaxation are guaranteed because of the exclusive location of the house. It is advisable to hire the usual local motorcycles to get anywhere quickly. Ask us when booking! You are welcome to hire our private motorcycle (Yamaha scooter) for the duration of your stay (subject to availability). It is ideal for 2 people. Peaceful Luxury Villa Steps from Jimbaran Bay Beach

The villa, built in June 2016, is in a new gated secure community, and is set over 435m2 and 2 levels with a 10m private pool. We have 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including one master on the second level and two bedrooms on the ground level by the pool. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in every room, wifi, laundry, sound system, and a 49" Samsung Smart TV. We can arrange several services for you in the villa based on availability at extra costs. These include high quality spa treatments, a private chef to come cook any meal for you, a private driver (English, Chinese, Russian, Spanish speaker upon availability), and an experienced and certified yoga instructor. In addition, our host can also help with cooking classes, babysitting services, surf classes, diving and snorkeling and fishing tours, and other local activities. The villa is situated in Jimbaran Hill near lots of attractions, numerous beaches, and also three magnificent golf courses nearby. It’s just a short walk to the nearest supermarket and eateries. Samasta Mall is a quick drive away. We can arrange airport transfers. Our staff can also arrange car rental, or motorcycle rental to satisfy your needs.
