Renovated & Best Downtown Locale - Close to Metro

Stay at our beautiful, renovated apartment, in the heart of Santiago Centro, with its many historical and tourist attractions, as well as excellent restaurants, pubs, and cafes. We spent 6 weeks to meticulously renovate the apartment in 2019, completely redoing the space. In 2021, we made improvements to the shower, upgraded some furniture, and repainted the entire place. Our unit has easy elevator access from the lobby of the 9-story, neoclassical building, with only 4 apartments per floor.

You will like it as it is a cozy apartment, nice, safe, with a nice view of the Andes mountain range and well equipped. It is just 2 blocks from the Metro “Estación Santa Isabel” and close to Barrio Italia, Parque Bustamante, Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Notaries and Restaurants. My accommodation is great for couples, adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment does NOT have Parking.

Cozy, modern, and comfortable apartment located in the vibrant neighborhoods of Lastarria and Bellas Artes.
