My house, with garage in the basement, is located close to the old town and a five-minute walk from the sea. It is a small apartment, renovated, on the second floor, without elevator, on two levels. The first level consists of living room, kitchen, double bedroom with bathroom and terrace. The living room is surrounded by a large balcony. With spiral staircase you can access the second level consisting of small attic, sofa bed, small bathroom and panoramic terrace.

Romantic Dimora On Tetti

2-level apartment with excellent finishes, a large terrace with a view of church domes nearby, including the Dome of Lecce. Without every noise, it allows peace and relaxation at all hours of the day. Completely self-contained. Three bathrooms, one with an open shower. The third bathroom on the terrace can be used in summer. If you want to use the second bedroom, there are also 2 of you, you will need to book for three people even if you are 2 and pay the surcharge.
