The residence has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a sprinkler bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel cot. The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch at the back of the house Gas grill on the porch. Good with parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

Southern idyll in the house on top

Beautifully modernized south country house in beautiful Risør city. The house is located on a small hill a few streets behind Strandgata where the guest jetty and most restaurants are located. Short way to shops and everything the city has to offer. The city's most popular local bathing areas are also just minutes away. Morning bath at the castle is recommended. In the communal holiday you can also take a route boat to child-friendly Little Denmark, or to Stangholmen where you can find your own little swamp or enjoy lunch at a cafe.

The apartment is on one level, furnished with combined living room/kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with 2 single 80 cm wide beds, 1 bedroom with bunk bed 120 cm wide down and 80 cm wide up. Sun from morning to night. Car parking under the roof. We have boats for rent. Norwegian and German TV channels accessible Essentials, bed linen/towels etc, can be rented for NOK 100,-/set. Note that the apartment is located in a bay with marina and cafe on the other side, traffic here can occasionally feel like noise.

Union housing for rent, 1,5 km from E18 at Sørlandsporten in Risør municipality It is 15 min to Risør city center and to Tvedestrand. 1 mile to Brokelandsheia with, among other things. The small zoo and several serving places. 2 km to the village of Søndeled with Kiwi shop (Sunday open) and bathing facilities. Nice marked hiking trails in the surrounding area. Kristiansand Zoo is 1 hour away. The home is preferably rented to family people or workers who need accommodation. Newly restored home Fiber with great capacity

The house is located in quiet surroundings with great views of the sea. Sunny location with several patios around the house. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, built-in coffee maker. Terrace with double doors straight out from the kitchen. Kid-friendly. Fast fiber web. Heat pump with air conditioning. Suitable for 2 families. Your vacation home is idyllically located on a forest clearing near Gjeving. The cottage was completely renovated in 2020/2021, with a lot of love for detail. It offers all amenities for a relaxing vacation. On the ground floor there is a spacious, light-filled living/dining area with fireplace and a very well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and fridge, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Cost for cleaning, electricity in additional rules !

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Great and very spacious (323 sqm) holiday home with panoramic views of Risør's gathering! Located close to the city centre and the sea, as well as very short distance to great hiking terrain in Urheia. The house has all amenities such as garden with trampoline, bathtub, ice cube machine, coffee maker, two living rooms, great patios with views and charger for electric car.
