Demetra's House. A paradise among olive trees

A comfortable ground floor consisting of a large living room with fireplace, kitchen and sofa bed, two double bedrooms , two bathrooms and laundry. The entrance is independent, overlooking the porch and garden of exclusive stones of the house . The accessible olive grove next door is shared with me. The house is in the countryside in a quiet place in Montecchio, a small village a few km from the Umbrian towns of Orvieto, Gubbio, Assisi and Todi. 20 km from the A1 motorway to easily reach Rome and Florence.

Casale Monticchio - The Pigsties, up to 3 people

We created this 90sqm apartment from the old pigsties. Why they gave the pigs three beautiful south facing arched windows we still don’t know! The open-plan layout was designed to take into consideration wheel chair access as this is the only apartment on one level. The feeling is quite contemporary with one stone wall and the others being painted white. It is the most secluded of our apartments as it faces south onto the open fields toward Mercatello, where there is a nice bar run by Paola.

The corner of peace in Gubbio, a dip in the Middle Ages.

The accommodation is independent and consists of a single bedroom with the addition of a second bed (the DOUBLE VERSION IS NOT PROVIDED) with a bathroom with the bathroom and shower. THE KITCHEN IS NOT THERE. It is part of a villa completely surrounded by greenery. Just 2 km from the historic center of Gubbio, with private parking. The accommodation is new, equipped with heating, sheets and towels, coffee machine, kettle for tea and herbal teas and hairdryer. Tourist Tax is paid on site.

A large attic of 35 sqm, on the third floor - without elevator- with a double bed, and a single one, 20 sqm terrace, private external bathroom with window and shower. At 5 minutes from 'E 45, 10' walking from the city center; not far from a large park, the railway station and the bus station. Just in front of the house a large free parking is avalaible, a toll parking is only 5 minutes away. We speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Breathtaking treehouse in the sky

A treehouse, like a diving board into the pure, clean sky of the Umbrian hills. A place to live in two but also as a spiritual retreat or recharge from impoverence caused by a stressful daily life. Everything is very simple and essential but comfortable enough. Equidistant between Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi. It's a place to stay at least two days and two nights to take the time to stop the rhythm and find the natural pace.

Original and Authentic, beauty and relaxation. Essential, nice and comfortable furnishings; wooden floor, exposed beams. The house, immersed in silence and greenery, from the inside gives the impression of being a single little house in the woods. Private bathroom. Kitchenette. Breathtaking view. 5 km from San Severino! If you want a child, you can sleep on the small sofa bed upon request.
