Artist's House in an ancient noble palace

The palace is set in the historic center of Temple, "City of Stone", Heart of Gallura. The house is located on the first floor, above my "Studiolo di Artes e Mestieri". It is the result of careful restoration work and very close to all the services of the city. The entrance is very private, from an hall with a large staircase you can access the apartment, consisting of two large rooms, kitchen/living room and living room/bed, corridor and bathroom. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

STREET PARKING,FREE BUT NOT PRIVATE It is a studio with a separate bed area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside in the property courtyard with a easement of passing outside there It's the laundry room and the freezer. It is a village house that I have renovated without having its characteristics,it has a kitchenette with two induction fires, smart TV in the living room and the Wifi connection. I tried to make the environment comfortable and comfortable.

Nice apartment less than 5 minutes on foot from the historic center completely isolated from noise. Beautiful view on part of the Maddalenino Archipelago.
