This apartment occupies the entire lower level of the main house. Rooms lead out onto a large private deck to relax Waiheke-style. Welcome to our peaceful and private studio. Enjoy magic views of the harbour whilst relaxing by the pool, listening to bird song and toasting the sunset. Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday or de stress after a busy day. According to the NZ Herald 7/9/2017 we are the 5th most wish listed Airbnb in New Zealand. For the month of January we have a minimum of 4 night stay Unfortunately this studio is unsuitable for children and Infants. Couples only.

Located on the lower level of a private dwelling, this self - contained facility (including separate bathroom/toilet - upgraded Nov 2022), is situated in a private garden setting. Suitable for 2 – 3 people, the living area is bright and welcoming. An off street parking bay is available with entry to the facility only metres away. The kitchenette includes a microwave, electric jug, toaster and fridge. Introductory, tea, coffee and breakfast cereal provided.

Island Breeze has 2 one-bedroom apartments. Located in a peaceful garden setting - you can hear the call of the birds. You can swim at one of several secluded bays a 10 - 15 minute walk. The candlelit outdoor bath house is open during the winter months ONLY due to water restrictions during summer (Opens 8 May - 03 October - subject to rainfall) The champagne grapes are harvested in January each year and gorgeous for eating on the back deck.

Quiet, modern and close to the beach!

Hi there, we rent out our little in-house apartment with separate entrance, comprising a bedroom, a bathroom, extra living room and a dining area. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, coffee / tea facilities, microwave and a toaster. No cooking facilities. The laundry in the garage can be used for no extra costs. And if you have kids - we have toys, a high chair, cot and are in walking distance to the beach with a lovely playground!
