Our stylish, cozy 2-room apartment in a very central location of Garmisch. 2 min to the pedestrian zone (bakery, butcher, ski and mountain bike rental, etc.), 10 minutes on foot to the ski and hiking area Hausberg ( ski, mountain railway), car parking directly in front of the front door, bus connection 100 meters. On the current occasion of the note that it can be a bit louder at large events in the village, which are occasionally (sports events, BMW).

Very quiet, cozy and stylish apartment by the stream. Old building with wooden and stone floors. New bathroom and new kitchen. A mixture of old and new decorated with a lot of art and culture. In summer you can relax on the partially covered terrace or in the garden in the sun lounger. More than half of the garden is close to nature, with orchids, other wild flowers and grasses.
