Modern and well-equipped holiday home on beautiful Averøya is rented. The house has sea views and is close to the popular Atlantic Road. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open living room and kitchen solution and loft living room. There is plenty of room to be a lot of people together on the trip and the open kitchen solution makes cooking social and enjoyable. From the living room there is an exit to a spacious terrace facing the great view. In the area there are a number of great places to visit, as well as hiking opportunities in the mountains and along the coast.

Nyt freden og utsikten mot sjøen i en nordmørslån der de eldste delene er bygd på 1800-tallet. Den er oppusset og har et totalrenovert kjøkken,bad og stue.5 soverom. Plass til 5 voksne,opp til 7 pers. om det er barn med. 15 km fra sentrum i Surnadal. Uteområde både foran og bak huset. Få meter ned til sjøen og det er mange turmuligheter i nærområdet. Welcome to our new holiday house. This is the only house that is completely at sea side in this region. It's a great place for just relaxing, and enjoying the fabulous view, but also an excellent starting point for sightseeing, hiking, swimming or fishing in the fjord/river. Skiing and several other activities are easily available in the area, dependig on season. Excelent for couple and family(s) with kids. Cosy place with room for up to 10 persons, but also great for a couple. Close to the main roads, but feels like thousands miles away from civilization. It is only ten minutes from Hellesylt where you have restaurants and grocery. From Hellesylt can you take the ferry to the famous fjord: Geirangerfjord a world heritage site.A great place to stay if you like to haik (or skiing) in the mountains.
