The house is by the ocean, with a stunning view in a very cozy space located in the only Fjord of Brazil! An amazing external deck with hammocks integrated to a large and comfortable living room provides a relaxing environment surrounded by the nature. The lawn still has a deck in front of the water with an access pier and a hammock area. Saco do Mamanguá is a unique place immersed in the nature - to get there you need to take a 20 min boat from Paraty Mirim. Possible power outages & no markets.

It is a modern house, well equipped and well-integrated with Nature, nestled in a piece of the Atlantic rain Forest, in the National Park of Serra da Bocaina, 10km from the center of the historical center of Paraty. There is a waterfall with crystal-clear natural swimming pool, with private access. An agro-forest system, in combination with agriculture is in action.
