Large holiday home with Pool

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

From my accommodation to the beach it is 100 m. The large south-facing balcony is quiet and wind protected and offers a view of the countryside and on the side the Baltic Sea. The apartment is good with public. A small shopping center with supermarket and bakery is right next to the residential building. The spacious kitchen has a dishwasher. TOWELS, BED LINEN and a CHILDREN'S TRAVEL BED can be booked on site, otherwise please bring your own laundry.
