The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden floor of our house, which is accessible by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to the city center. In the district there is a cafe, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and many shops (10 min walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or directly in front of the house or in the main street, 100m from the house.

The organic holiday house "Lichtberg 2" is the smaller of the two neighboring houses (both together for min. 6 people can be booked, see also "Biohaus ländl."). It is enchantingly located alone in the garden and on the field - and yet very close to the city (10 min. to the university, city, main station and highway).
