The house contains hallway, a spacious bathroom, open plan kitchen w/dining room, TV living room, loft living room/sleeping alcove and 2 bedrooms The home is centrally located in rural surroundings and short road to the sea. Parking spaces, close to car road, sheltered patio with very good sun conditions Vikkilen: 5 min walk Grimstad town: 5 min drive Arendal: 15 mins drive(frequent bus connections both ways right next door) Zoo, water park and Sørlandsparken:30 min drive Golf course, hiking areas and many beaches/swimming facilities close by

Grimstad city center: Charming and super central!

Charming, small southern house from 1870 in the middle of Grimstad city centre. One minute from the pedestrian street, yet peacefully secluded. Sunny patio and child-friendly mini garden. Two (three) separate bedrooms, sleeps 7. Travel crib for young children Bed linens and towels incl. Niche shops, restaurants, theatre, shopping center and several museums at walking distance. Fine hiking areas on quaint peaks and walking distance to two small town beaches. Parking 170m away in Arresten p-hus NOK 150/day and NOK 420/week.

The apartment is on one level, furnished with combined living room/kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with 2 single 80 cm wide beds, 1 bedroom with bunk bed 120 cm wide down and 80 cm wide up. Sun from morning to night. Car parking under the roof. We have boats for rent. Norwegian and German TV channels accessible Essentials, bed linen/towels etc, can be rented for NOK 100,-/set. Note that the apartment is located in a bay with marina and cafe on the other side, traffic here can occasionally feel like noise.

Kragerø city centre, cabin with a lovely sea view

Downtown cozy little house, renovated in 2018. Walking distance to the ferry harbour where you can easily island jump in Kragerø's beautiful archipelago. The house is located on a small(70m) charming hill(therefore not suitable for people with difficulty walking) as it is often in Kragerø with narrow roads and crooked paths. Plenty of free parking down the road. The house is very unoccupied despite its downtown location. The road up and the gate is shared with another house(assembled). Private entrance and outdoor space.

Spacious, family friendly single-family home with surrounding garden and free space in quiet neighborhood. 4 bedrooms, loft living and large open common areas. Direct exit to the garden and terraces with lovely sea views. 2 minutes walk to the city center. Large kitchen with space for 10-12 people around the table and playroom in connection with living area. Parking for 4 cars. 15 min to Dyreparken and walking distance to local bathing areas .Suitable for one or more families with children.

Guest house on Jordås gård ~ 11 beds

Welcome to Jordås farm! A small and charming farm, located 15 mins outside Grimstad We have great hiking areas, lending big and nice lavvo, canoe, rowboat and opportunities for fishing! A place for nature and the outdoors, but also recovery and rest in quiet surroundings! If you are lucky you will see deer, deer or moose grazing on the soils at dusk. On the farm we have 3 horses, 2 cats and 2 dogs.

Beautiful home 10 min. drive from Kristiansand.

Newly renovated place right outside of Kristiansand. 3 bedrooms. Living/diningroom with fireplace. You will have the whole top floor to yourself. First floor is rented out to a lovely family. There might be some noise from them when they leave / enter the house. Other than that really quiet. Mark there is a short walk up to the house from the garage/parking place. (Uphill)

New house close to sea

Welcome to summer in Grimstad! 20 minutes drive to Dyreparken in Kristiansand. Pets welcome House is close to sea and has nice outside view down on Morvigsanden camping. Charging for electric car is included and Type 2 charging station is available. If I am home I will offer to take out for an afternoon cruise on sailboat without extra charge.
