Le Clotilde, Croix-Rousse, the charm of the old and modern comfort

Make this home your pied-à-terre for easy access to all amenities. Recently refurbished and nicely decorated, it is as warm as it is functional and located on a quiet street. The apartment is located in the 4th arrondissement of Lyon, on the 1st floor of a secure building with elevator. The street in which it is located is quiet, there is little car passage. Your nights will be sweet! Our house was completely renovated and decorated by us a few months ago. We have furnished it to make it cosy and functional to make your stays as pleasant as possible. The apartment is composed of a large living room including: - a cozy sleeping area, with 160cm bed - a desk, TV and access to high-speed WiFi - a relaxation area to relax after your days of work or visit But also: - a fully equipped closed kitchen (hobs, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, NESPRESSO coffee machine, microwave; kettle and dishwasher). Dishes, dishes/pans/pans and utensils necessary for the preparation of your meals are available. - a shower room with shower and washer-dryer We put at your disposal all the linens (sheets, bath towels, towels) and a minimum of consumables for your first days in the apartment (toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, sponge, garbage bag...). The apartment is perfect for discovering the Croix-Rousse district and downtown Lyon on foot. A supermarket and many restaurants are located a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. The famous Croix-Rousse market is right at your feet! The apartment is at your complete disposal. We live in the apartment next door, so we will never be very far in case of problems! Sometimes absent for professional reasons, there will always be a trusted person to give you the keys and guide you during your stay. Lively and cultural, the Croix-Rousse district has many restaurants and shops, as well as a daily market. Reach the hyper-center in less than ten minutes on foot by taking the climb of the Grande-Côte or the famous traboules. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport. From the airport, use the Rhône-Express to reach the Part-Dieu train station. From the Part-Dieu station, take the C13 bus towards MONTESSUY-GUTENBERG and get off at the "MAIRIE DU 4EME" stop. The apartment is a 1-minute walk from the MAIRIE DU 4EME stop. From Perrache station, take the metro A direction VAULX EN VELIN LA Silie and get off at the stop "HOTEL DE VILLE LOUIS PRADEL". Then take metro C direction COOK and get off at the stop "Croix-Rousse". The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the metro stop.
