Upstairs in villa central but quiet. The base price is for two persons additional guests are paid 250 SEK/night and guest. You have the whole upstairs to yourselves. Two bedrooms, simple kitchen, toilet, TV Wifi. Shower is located in the adjacent building. Only the ground floor entrance is shared with me. The property is not suitable for small children, there is an open staircase down to the ground floor. I agree with sheets and towels, but you are expected to clean yourself and leave the apartment clean and nice, cleaning equipment is available.

A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

It takes 10 min to the city center and 6 min to Skrea beach by car. 25 min to Ullared. 1 hour to Gothenburg and 2 hours to Copenhagen. Wooden near area with several paths for walking or a jog. There is 1 double bed and a single bed (120cm). If you are four, that's fine. Extra bed is available. Newly built and very fresh with bathroom, shower, TV, kitchenette, etc.
