Quality linen, quiet, clean with guest entrances at the rear of villa. Queen bedroom at rear of villa beside well maintained spa for great relaxation. Studio rooms are in a separate building at rear of section. Breakfast supplies, microwave, toaster, fridge and electric jug in both. Safe parking by room.

Detached & bright wth ensuite. Near to village.

The Nook is a private standalone sleep out with its own entrance. It's a decent queen room with ensuite, a comfy bed and good shower. It sits beside our family home, looking over the garden. Parking is on the street. Self check-in is an option, but we enjoy meeting our guests. The Nook sits in a pretty garden, with large trees and lots of birds. It's just a 10-15 minute walk to the supermarket and to Havelock North village with its cafes, great restaurants and boutique shops.

Wai iti Cottage in the Te Mata Wine Area

Our Cottage has been renovated to accommodate travellers. It is warm and cosy in the winter and with a large living space in which to relax. The cottage is in the centre of the Te Mata wine region, close to wineries including Black Barn, Craggy Range and the Te Mata Estate. It is a 5 minute drive to the centre of Havelock North, a thriving cafe and easy shopping centre. Wai iti Cottage is a good walk/bike ride from the concert venue and market at Black Barn Winery.

Located on a summer fruit orchard, surrounded by trees with a view to the Tuki Tuki River and Te Mata Peak, this small 2 bedroom flat enjoys all day sun, with the lounge opening to an outdoor area. One of the things to look forward is to relax in the outdoor bath and sauna, while enjoying the scenery. Tawai Lodge - country living only 2km from Hastings town centre. Havelock North - 6km/5minute drive, Napier - 20km/20minute drive. Close to wineries, restaurants/dining, supermarket, family-friendly activities, and the race course. Our place is very spacious inside and out so lots of space for guests. Surrounded my trees it is very peaceful. We have a big swimming pool, bbq and outdoor eating area, comfy beds, orchard, bikes and cats.

Parkhill Lodge - Villa + Heated Pool

The villa is spacious with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (including spa bath) open plan kitchen, lounge and outside deck. Our outdoor pool is heated to a minimum of 28 degrees from October to April. We are just 12 minutes from Napier, Hastings, Havelock North and Cape Kidnappers. Explore the wineries and bike trails that surround us. Elephant Hill, Clearview, Te Awanga Estate and Beach House Wineries are a ten minute bike ride away.

Our cottage is located on a quiet, no exit road only 5 minutes drive to Hastings, 7 minute drive to Havelock North, and only a 15 minute drive to Napier. There is a fantastic Farmers market every Sunday at the local Showgrounds which is only a 3 minute drive away. A cycle way runs through our road and links to several different cycle tracks covering Hawke’s Bay. Our place is good for couples, small groups and families (with kids).
